Ingredients:

Shrimp paste

  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 1 st. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 st. olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. oils
  • ½ cherry tomatoes, crushed
  • 500 gr asparagus, 2-in. PC.
  • 500 g fresh shrimp, diluted and peeled
  • 200 g Gigli pasta, uncooked

  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 10 drops 5% CBD oil
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ⅓ Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 st. lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 1 st. pine nuts
  • ½ cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup Italian parsley, fresh
  • 1 cup basil, fresh
  • 2 cups baby spinach, fresh

Cooking:

  1. Let’s start with the raw pesto ingredients. Make sure the vegetables are thoroughly washed. Place all pesto ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process or blend them until they are finely chopped. The pesto should turn into a smooth sauce.
  2. Pour the sauce into a small bowl using a spoon. Wrap the bowl in cling film and put it in the fridge to rest.
  3. Now let’s move on to pasta. Heat water and put Gigli pasta in it. Prepare the noodles using the included instructions.
  4. Wash the asparagus. Using a knife, cut them into 2-inch pieces. Do this again while the pasta is cooking. When you’re done, add the asparagus to the boiling water with the pasta. Boil for at least three minutes. Use a colander after cooking. Postpone.
  5. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat until butter is melted. Coat the shrimp with black pepper, salt, cayenne and red pepper flakes by dipping. Put the shrimp in the pan and pour over the lemon juice. Cook until shrimp are completely pink.
  6. Add the asparagus and noodles to the skillet when you’ve finished cooking the shrimp. Stir. Remove the skillet from the heat.
  7. Add six to eight tablespoons of pesto, basil leaves, and cherry tomatoes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve.
