Priprava:
Fry one chopped onion in one tablespoon of sunflower oil, add two tablespoons of black sesame seeds, two tablespoons of white unpeeled sesame seeds and three tablespoons of hemp seeds and cook for another minute.
Pour 2 liters of water and add small florets of half a head of cauliflower, two chopped carrots, salt, ground black pepper and teaspoon paprika. Let it boil for 10 minutes under the lid – count down the time from the start of the boil.
Then add two handfuls of buckwheat and a handful red lentils and cook for another 15 minutes.
Serve sprinkled with fresh green onions.
