• • Stay at home with your dog.

• • Be calm, an excited owner will make the dog even more nervous.

• • You can try wrapping a blanket around the dog in his bed if he feels more comfortable.

• • Suppress the perception of frightening sounds with music, the TV on, or white noise.

• • Let your dog be with his dog friend who is not afraid of thunderstorms during a thunderstorm.
