Hemp oil versus other vegetable oils

CBD Oil info

In addition to essential fatty acids, hemp oil contains vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, C and E (in the form of tocopherols), phytic acid (used to treat anemia) and antioxidants chlorophyll and lecithin.
The standard Western diet is generally high in fat, especially saturated fatty acids and omega-6s, which increases the risk of cardiovascular disease, autoimmune disease, and cancer.

Replacing foods high in saturated fatty acids (most commonly meat and dairy) with foods high in essential fatty acids (such as cold-pressed vegetable oils) can help prevent and treat these conditions.

Hemp oil, due to its composition, is considered from this point of view as optimal.

Comparison of quality vegetable oils with explanation:

Butter Comparison
hemp oil Hemp oil is considered the healthiest oil. It has a natural amount of Omega 3 (including Omega 3 – stearic acid, which is considered a more effective form of Omega 3). It has the lowest amount of saturated fat and the highest content of polyunsaturated fats (essential fatty acids) of all edible oils. Contains Omega 6 Gamma-lenolenic acid, commonly found in primrose oil. Contains the “golden” mean Omega 3 and 6.
Olive oil Hemp oil contains 40% less saturated fat than olive oil. The latter contains almost no Omega 3 acids, compared to which hemp contains 25 times more than olive.
Rapeseed oil Rapeseed oil contains 50% less Omega 3 acids than hemp oil. Often used for frying.
Sunflower oil There is no Omega 3 in sunflower oil at all. Due to the large amount of Omega 6 increases the lack of Omega 3 in the daily diet
Linseed oil Although flaxseed oil contains more omega 3s than hempseed oil, its omega 2 to 6 ratio is not correct. After some time, flaxseed oil could be the reason for the lack of Omega 6. In addition, Omega 3 in flaxseed oil is only in the form of ALA. Flaxseeds do not contain stearic acid, which is found in hemp. Compared to hempseed oil, flaxseed oil is not particularly suitable for cooking and must be stored permanently in the refrigerator.
pumpkin seed oil The content of pumpkin seed oil is too low in Omega, and it is much more expensive and not as available as hemp oil from Cannadorra
Peanut butter On a level, like hemp oil contains Omega 3, but about a third less. The ratio between Omega 3 and 6 remains much better with hemp oil
