  • 400 g spaghetti
  • 100 spinach, de-seeded
  • 100 g grated Sbrinz cheese

Training:

  1. Fry the hemp seeds in a pan without oil for about 3 minutes, let cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix together hemp oil, garlic, lemon zest, chili and hemp seeds, season with salt and pepper.
