1. Hemp milk
What you will need:
For flavoring, you can add, for example, a vanilla pod, honey, dates, maple syrup or fresh fruit to your taste.
Training:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Milk can be stored in an airtight bottle in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Bon Appetit!
2. Hemp pesto
What you will need:

Roast the hemp seeds until golden brown in a frying pan. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend. The resulting pesto can be used with any dish!
3. Hemp hummus
What you will need:
- 2-3 cups canned chickpeas, thoroughly rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- 1 freshly squeezed lemon (about 3 tablespoons)
- 1 finely chopped fresh garlic clove
- 1/4 cup shelled hemp seeds
- 2-3 chopped sprigs of fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil or water
Training:
- Place all ingredients except parsley, olive oil, salt and pepper in a food processor.
- Blend and slowly add enough olive oil or water for a creamy texture.
- Olive oil produces a richer, heavier hummus with a fuller flavor; water, on the other hand, produces a lighter, less greasy result. The choice is yours.
- Add salt and pepper and stir again. Continue until everything is seasoned to your liking. Finish off with fresh parsley.
- Serve, for example, with tortilla chips, crudite or crackers. Hemp hummus also goes well with toast!
4. Avocado Garlic Toast with Hemp Seeds and Chopped Chili
What you will need:
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 6-8 fried garlic cloves
- 1 large avocado, thinly sliced or mashed
- Hulled hemp seeds
- Chopped red chillies
- Salt and pepper
Training:
- Bake slices of bread in a toaster
- Rub them with fried garlic cloves.
- Top with avocado slices or spread over mashed avocado.
- Sprinkle with any amount of hemp seeds, crushed red pepper, salt and pepper.
5. Hemp Banana Muffins
What you will need:
- 3/4 cup crushed almonds
- 2 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 large ripe banana, mashed
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- 2 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk (or other milk)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
Training:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a muffin tin.
- Combine almond flour, coconut flour, hemp seeds, cinnamon, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
- Whisk remaining ingredients (except nuts) in a small bowl.
- Add the “wet ingredients” to the dry ingredients and mix to form a dough.
- Press the nuts into the dough
- Pour the batter into a muffin tin and bake for about 15 minutes, until the surface starts to turn golden.
- Take the cupcakes out of the oven and let them cool. Enjoy!
6. Spaghetti with hemp oil
What you will need:
- 4 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 1/2 dl hemp oil
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 lemon – use its grated zest
- 1 red chili, cut into rings
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 400 g spaghetti
- 100 spinach, de-seeded
- 100 g grated Sbrinz cheese
Training:
- Fry the hemp seeds in a pan without oil for about 3 minutes, let cool.
- In a bowl, mix together hemp oil, garlic, lemon zest, chili and hemp seeds, season with salt and pepper.
- Cook spaghetti in boiling salted water until al dente, add spinach.
- Set aside about 100 ml of water for the dressing, drain the spaghetti and spinach and add them to the hemp oil along with the remaining water, mix and serve.
- Grate Sbrinz cheese on top.
7. Date, banana and coconut smoothie with hemp seeds and almonds
What you will need:
- 2 tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds
- 1 large frozen banana
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 4 fresh pitted dates
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- Drop of vanilla extract + almonds and hemp seeds to serve
Training:
- Add all ingredients to a blender and mix finely.
- Taste and add additional spices or sweetener if needed.
- Pour into a glass, add crushed almonds with hemp seeds. Bon Appetit!
8. Hemp oil salad dressing
What you will need:
- 1/4 cup hemp oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 4 garlic cloves – minced / crushed
- 1/8 tablespoon of peppercorns
Training:
- Whisk all ingredients together.
- Leave for an hour for the garlic to soak into the mixture.
- Shake well and pour over any salad of your choice!
9. Vegan “meat” meatballs with hemp seeds
What you will need:
- 1 cup boiled red lentils, drained well
- 1/2 cup cooked chili (quinoa)
- 3 tablespoons chopped sundried tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds
- 2-3 tablespoons of shelled hemp seeds
- 1 tablespoon oatmeal
- 1 tablespoon yeast
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 – 3/4 cup gluten-free breadcrumbs
Training:
- Blend all ingredients except breadcrumbs in a food processor until combined. Don’t mix too much!
- Add breadcrumbs to a shallow bowl. Scoop out the mixture with a spoon and shape into a ball with your hands. Do not roll out the mixture completely in your hand, just gently shape it.
- Roll the meatballs in the breadcrumbs, pressing lightly and rolling out. With the quantities indicated, about 14 meatballs can be made this way (depending on size).
- Now you can fry the meatballs in a pan in olive oil until golden brown.
- Alternatively, you can bake them in the oven on baking paper at 200°C for 15 minutes.
Can be served as a side dish to spaghetti or any other dish!
10. Mayonnaise with hemp oil
What you will need:
- 1 large egg at room temperature
- 3/4 cup hemp oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
Training:
- Place eggs, lemon juice, mustard seeds and salt in a food processor. Mix.
- Then, over the course of one to two minutes, slowly add the hemp oil, stirring constantly.
- Store in the refrigerator and use like any other mayonnaise with any food!
