Priprava:
1. Sift together the first three ingredients (to prevent lumps) and add salt.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the egg and milk, then add it to the flour mixture, stirring until it is smooth.
3. Add hemp ghee.
* Note. If you don’t want to add it to the batter, just toss blueberries, tiny apple cubes, or chunks into the butter.

4. Grease a pancake pan or non-stick pan by spraying vegetable oil.
5. Heat the skillet over medium heat for about ten minutes.
6. Pour the batter into a pancake pan or make any size you like.
7. Cook the first side of the pancake until bubbles form on top, about three minutes; then turn over and cook on the other sideuntil it also turns brown, about two minutes.
8. Serve immediately with butter hemp with fruit and syrup, or hold briefly in a warm oven.
