Priprava:
For dressing, mix cold-pressed hemp oil, 2 tsp. Parmesan, Dijon mustard, anchovy paste, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, salt and pepper. Now whisk all the ingredients with mayonnaise.
For the salad, cut the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a medium to large salad bowl. Now add croutons, hemp seeds and the last teaspoon parmesan cheese. Pour the dressing on top of a dish and enjoy one of the easiest and quickest edible recipes.
