1. Saute red onion, green onion and garlic in melted ghee until light brown.
2. Beat the eggs and season them with salt, add half the cheese, turmeric and spices, salt.
3. Put the eggs in the pan and cook for about 10 minutes.
4. Garnish the omelet with the remaining cheese, shelled hemp seeds and green onions before serving.
